To provide the best Marketing Cloud experience and enhanced resource capacity during the upcoming peak holiday season, the Marketing Cloud Technology team will be conducting infrastructure maintenance.

During this maintenance window customers will be unable to access Marketing Cloud for up to 30 minutes.

Any activity trying to send data into or out of the Marketing Cloud will be impacted. This would include FTP access, File Transfer Activities, Cloud Pages, and API calls.

Other activities in automations like queries, filters, imports, and such, that do not rely upon an external connection will remain unaffected. Outbound messages like Email, SMS, Push, will continue to generate but delivery to the ISPs/External Service will be stopped during the maintenance.
