OneLogin has confirmed the issue with the missing extension in Chrome is on their end and they are actively working with Google to restore it.

Good morning,
We are aware of an issue impacting the OneLogin Extension in Chrome for PCs, which may cause issues accessing certain apps in OneLogin. We believe this may be related to an update that OneLogin pushed and we have created an urgent ticket with OneLogin Support.
In the meantime, you can use a different browser for applications that require the extension, and the extension can be installed to those browsers from here: https://www.onelogin.com/downloads/browser-extensions.
