The OneLogin degradation has been resolved, their most recent update was as follows...
"End users should be able to login as expected. Normal functionality has been restored and we will continue to monitor."

Update
We are noticing some improvements in the stability of the OneLogin platform, but have yet to receive an update from their teams confirming the issue has been resolved. We will continue to monitor and wait for updates from them, then keep you posted as we know more.

Investigating
OneLogin is aware of an issue with their tool and they have created an incident for it. The latest from them is below...
"OneLogin Engineers have identified an issue with Single Sign-On Services; some customers may be experiencing degraded performance. We are working to quickly restore service."
